Game 3

We faced a very good opponent Monday. I have to admit they were a very good team for C league.

Even though we
lost the game by a lot, I still enjoyed this game, mainly because we lost as a team.

There were frustrations from bad calls and from committing turnovers when we were pressed, but we played our best. We tried different things. We learned.

I liked how Jason put in different players on the court at different times to see how we worked together. I see that he is also learning as a coach and also making adjustments.

Things we might need to work on is:

Learning to break the press. I am starting to understand how to break it now, after 3 years in CCU. =P. I wish we have more chances during the actual game to practice on this, because its been a hinder for us.

Learning to set picks and screens. It would be nice to see everyone in the team screen for each other, even without the ball. That would create a lot more space for everyone to work with and be in their sweet spots.

Learning to box out. I noticed this game, we were out rebound. Size does matter, and a lot of their players had hops, but i saw that we didn't do our part to prevent them from getting the rebound.

Overall, I think we are improving as a team, i have high hopes that we'll do great this year, maybe win 2 more games!! haha...

What we don't have in skills, we make up for in spirits!! Let's continue to work hard and play our hearts out tonight!! CHEERS!
